Welcome back Papillon! Glad you had a great trip! I want to be off cruising like yesterday but the humans are doing that work thing and getting prepared for us to leave soon (paws crossed). Makes sailing super special when we do get the chance to go for longer trips though!

We actually do have a two burner hot plate we use while we are docked. It is awesome! We love it but unfortunately our breaker can only handle turning one side on at a time. Such is life. But we love it! Thanks for the tip!

An electric skillet may be helpful. You can do so much in them and they don’t take up much space. I downgraded my family sized one to one much smaller and it’s perfect. I cook for 4 in mine even if I don’t need to. Robin
