Yesterday we had a special treat, some salmon! We have not had salmon in a while and I absolutely love to eat it. We just got a new basil plant as well as dill plant so we decided to put a little salt and pepper with some fresh dill on it. OH MY GOSH! It was so delicious with some walnut rice pilaf on the side. So good.
The other day, after a recommendation from our friends on Shibumi, we made stuffed tuna sweet peppers. It was such a nice fresh change from the normal tuna sandwich or with crackers how we normally would eat it.
